GRANOLA BAR

 Yummy granola bars in 2 exotic flavors. Recipe: 3 cups oats mix with 1/2 cup honey,1 tsp vanilla essence, 1/4 tsp salt,1/4 cup brown sugar,olive oil-1/2 cup.

Mix all the above ingredients with 1-2 tbsps water & divide in 2 portions. Mix one with choco chips, & the other with 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder. Spread the mixture on a greased tray & bake @150 ° for 20-25 mts.Garnish with choco chips & sliced almonds on top before baking. Healthy & nutritious snack bite.


No bake no added sugar Granola bars
1 cup Instant Oats, 1 cup Puffed rice, nuts and seeds of your choice, Raisins, honey, dates paste remove seeds and grind, peanut butter, Ghee for greasing
Roast the oats and puffed rice on low flame till they become crisp. Keep aside. Then roast the nuts and seeds and add to a bowl with all roasted ingredients. Add raisins and mix well. In a pan add the date paste, peanut butter and honey and warm it on low flame till they mix well and just melt. Add this to the dry roasted mix and mix well till they come together. Pour on a greased plate or tray and press it nicely all over. Refrigerate for around 40 mins or toll it sets. Cut into bars or desired shape.
Enjoy when u have a sweet craving or as a healthy snack. RECIPIE 3
Homemade energy (granola) bars. Freshly made with dates nuts honey.
Take 50 gms each of ur choice of nuts and seeds. I took cashew badam and walnut. Took sunflower and pumpkin seeds also. Add little Oats also. Roast cashew, oats and badam on slow fire seperately. I took little muesli also. Take 200 gms of deseeded dates...chop finely .coarsely grind the roasted seeds, oats and walnut. Grind the dates....take about 2 tbsp of ghee in a pan...add the dates fry for few mins and add the ground items and cook for 5_7 min.till dates turn soft and binds the nuts...lastly add the pumpkin and sunflower seeds. Or spread them inside the tin. grease a tin..line it with parchment paper and press the cooked granola evenly into the pan..spread some pumpkin and sunflower seeds on it. Press it. cover it with cling film and keep in fridge fr 2 hrs...take out and cut into desired shape..
If you feel sweet is less for your taste or its not binding enough add about 1 tbsp honey...do not cook it.. You can add flax seeds and Til also.

Recipe for granola energy bars
Oats 1 1/2 cups
Puffed rice or rice cracker cereal 1/2cup
1/4 cup badam chopped
Pumpkin seeds 1/4cup
Walnuts 1/4cup
Soft dates1/2 cup
Honey3tablespoons
Peanut butter 3 tspn
Other nuts of ur choice can be added.dried canberry too can add if available.
Dry roast oats first, then puffed rice(pori)then dry fruits one by one. add peanut butter, once its starts melting add honey and switch off the gas stove.
Grind soft dates into a paste. Keep it aside.(use soft dates only).
Now in a bowl add all the ingredients. Mix well .
Take a plate apply butter. Now pour the mixture and press tightly by using roti roller.
Keep in the fridge for three hours. Cut it to your desired shape.
