Ingredients for dressing
Soy sauce
Date paste
Lime juice
Ginger
Garlic
Chilli flakes
Sesame seeds
Salad includes (finely chopped)
Red Yellow Green peppers

Purple and white cabbage
๐CREAMY BEETROOT DELIGHT (Madhura Vayal)
Ingredients
4 medium sized beetroots
2 tbsp onions, sliced fine
1 tbsp celery, chopped fine
1 tsp wholegrain mustard powder
1 cup cashew/peanut yogurt, lightly whipped
1 small raw mango, chopped fine (optional)
salt to taste
1/4 tsp red chili powder
Fresh greens like dill, spring onions, mint, Basil (optional)

Method
Julienne the beetroots with the skin
Mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl, add the beetroot and mix well.
Can be served with raw onion rings.
Serve at room temperature because in the fridge, the yogurt will cake through.
