Monday: Classic Mac & Cheese
In a 2L pot, add 1tbsp butter, 1C Indian macaroni, 1C water, 1/4tsp salt.. Cook on high for 2 whistles. Let pressure settle. Fluff up and mix in 1/2C grated cheese. Keep closed for 5 minutes.

Tuesday: Pasta Salad
In a 2L pot, add 1C Indian macaroni, 1C water, 1/4tsp salt. Cook on high for 2 whistles. Let pressure settle. Open & fluff up. Mix in 1/4C each chopped (onion, tomato, capsicum), 1/2tsp lemon juice, 1tsp olive oil, 2tbsp grated cheese.

Wednesday: Pasta Arrabiatta
In a 2L pot, layer as below
Layer 1: 2tbsp oil, 2 chopped garlic cloves
Layer 2: 2C chopped tomato (or other watery vegetables)
Layer 3: 1C Indian pasta, 1/2tsp salt, 1tsp each (chilli flakes, Italian seasoning)
Layer 4: 2C chopped tomato
Cook on high for 5 whistles/ 6 mins. Let pressure settle. Mix all with 2tbsp grated cheese.

Thursday: Pasta Funghi/
In a 2L pot, layer as below
Layer 1: 2tbsp oil, 2 chopped garlic cloves
Layer 2: 2C chopped mushrooms
Layer 3: 1C Indian pasta, 1/2tsp salt, 1tsp each (pepper, Italian seasoning)
Layer 4: 2C chopped mushrooms
Cook on high for 5 whistles/ 6 mins. Let pressure settle. Mix all with 2tbsp grated cheese.

Friday: Pesto Pasta/ Pasta Upma/ Yogurt pasta
In a 2L pot, add 1tbsp butter, 1C Indian macaroni, 1C water, 1/4tsp salt, 1/8tsp turmeric powder. Cook on high for 2 whistles. Let pressure settle. Fluff up.
Mix in 2tbsp pesto (for pesto pasta)
Mix in 1tbsp bottled tadka for pasta upma.
Mix in 1tbsp bottled tadka & 1C yogurt to make yogurt pasta.

Saturday: Pasta carbonara
In a 2L pot, add 2tbsp butter, 2C Indian macaroni, 2C water, 1/2tsp salt. Cook on high for 2 whistles. Let pressure settle. Fluff up. Mix in 1 beaten, room temperature egg, 1tsp pepper powder. Keep closed for 5 minutes.

Sunday: Pasta Alfredo/ Pasta laksa
In a 2L pot, add 3tbsp butter, 1C Indian macaroni, 1C water, 1tsp Italian seasoning, 1/4tsp salt. Cook on high for 2 whistles. Let pressure settle. Fluff up and mix in 1/4C grated cheese, 1/4C thick cream. Keep closed for 5 minutes.
Replace cream with coconut milk for Pasta laksa.

Tips:
1. Indian pasta does not need presoaking. Harder pastas need 5-10 min presoaking
2. The cooking time will depend on the pasta type.
3. Can use lentil / soy flour/ almond flour low carb pasta
