ZOODLES : Red gravy

 Lunch: fancy raw - zoodles with sauce ( sauce was made of inners of zucchini after making zoodles, half red pepper, 1 small onion, 3 sundried tomatoes, half ripe chili pepper, lemon juice, date and herbs - mint and handful of basil and a pinch of salt as the sundried ones have some salt already )  I also added 2 chopped brown button mushroom marinated in sauce for a while. And I added chopped raw olives.
